A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due upon confirmation of the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than twelve (12) weeks prior to the agreed arrival date.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) shall apply in their currently valid version.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Should arrival be impossible due to officially ordered border closures or the inaccessibility of St. Anton am Arlberg, the reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to the day of arrival. The same applies in the event that an official travel warning exists in the guest's country of residence for the destination region.
A refundable security deposit in the amount of EUR 3,000 per apartment is required for all bookings. The deposit serves as security for any damage, loss, or deterioration caused to the property and its contents during the stay by the guest or members of their party.
The security deposit is payable by bank transfer no later than six (6) weeks prior to arrival. Any costs incurred will be deducted from the deposit. Should the costs exceed the deposit amount, the guest shall be liable for the difference. The deposit will be refunded no later than one (1) month after departure.
