Two private chalets. Ski-in, ski-out. St. Anton am Arlberg.
Marmotta Neve and Marmotta Culm are two private chalets in the heart of St. Anton — both directly on the piste, both a few minutes from the village. Together they comprise seven individual residences, finished in natural materials, with private wellness, and looked after by a small in-house team led by Barbara and Klaus Jehle.

Barbara and Klaus were born in St. Anton, live here, and run the chalets themselves. When you call, you reach one of them — never a call centre.
Both chalets are genuinely ski-in, ski-out — click out of your boots at the door, with the village only minutes away on foot.

Marmotta Neve sits in Nasserein, a quiet pocket of St. Anton — away from the main strip and the après-ski crowds, but right on the slope with the lifts at the back of the chalet. Three large traditional residences for 8, 10, and up to 12 guests. Designed for families and groups travelling together, who want privacy and space without giving up ski-in / ski-out access.

We were both born in St. Anton, we still live here, and we are raising our children here. The chalets are not part of a portfolio or a management group — there are two of us, and we take the calls personally.
Barbara handles the guests: bookings, breakfasts, the welcome on arrival, the bouquet of flowers in the kitchen when you walk in. Klaus looks after the buildings, the snow, and the parts of the job that don't involve smiling at strangers.
