Yes. Both Marmotta Neve (in Nasserein) and Marmotta Culm (at the foot of Galzig) sit directly on the piste. You step out of the chalet with skis on and ski back to the door at the end of the day. The lifts are within a few minutes walk or are reachable on skis directly from the property.
Marmotta Neve is at Am Alten Hof 7, in the quiet Nasserein district of St. Anton, off the main strip but right on the ski piste at the back of the building. Marmotta Culm is at Rudi-Matt-Weg 9, at the foot of the Galzig mountain, above the village centre but only a one-minute walk down to it. Both are in 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, Tyrol, Austria.
Both chalets have the same total room count (13 bedrooms each) but are different in character and location. Marmotta Neve is in Nasserein, off the main strip and built in traditional Tirolean style — three residences for 8, 10 and up to 12 guests, with a bio-sauna and relaxation area. Marmotta Culm sits at the foot of Galzig, with a more design-led interior and an extended wellness floor (bio-sauna, infrared cabin, massage room, fitness studio); its residences sleep 6 to 8 guests, and the village centre is a one-minute walk down. Both chalets are ski-in/ski-out.
Marmotta Neve sleeps up to 26 guests across three residences (12 + 8 + 8). Marmotta Culm sleeps up to 22 guests across three residences (6 + 8 + 8). The two chalets together can accommodate groups of up to 48–54 guests when booked exclusively, for weddings, corporate retreats and multi-family holidays.
Each residence includes: breakfast delivered to your residence each morning, daily housekeeping, a concierge from arrival to departure, heated ski room with boot warmers, two underground parking spaces per residence, and access to the wellness facilities. On request we arrange in-residence dining with a private chef, pre-arrival groceries, private ski instruction, childcare, airport transfers from Innsbruck, Zürich or Munich, and in-residence massage.
Marmotta Culm is open in winter (December to April) and on request for summer events. Marmotta Neve is open in winter (December to April) and during the summer hiking season (July to September).
Rates start from approximately €1,157 per night for a three-bedroom residence at Marmotta Culm in low season, and from approximately €1,441 per night for a four-bedroom residence at Marmotta Neve. The five-bedroom residence at Neve, which sleeps up to 12, starts from approximately €1,719 per night. High season (Christmas, New Year, February half-term, Easter) is priced above these floors. Yes. Either chalet can be booked exclusively (Marmotta Neve sleeps up to 26, Marmotta Culm up to 22). For larger gatherings — weddings, corporate retreats, multi-family ski weeks — both chalets together accommodate up to 48–54 guests with private dining, exclusive wellness access and a single point of contact for the whole group. The closest airport is Innsbruck (about 1 hour by car). Zürich is about 2 hours, Munich about 2 hours 45 minutes. St. Anton has its own railway station with direct services from Vienna, Munich, Zürich and Paris (TGV in winter). We arrange private airport transfers from all three airports on request.
Yes — both chalets are well suited to families. A residence at Marmotta is a private home for the week, not a shared hotel space. We arrange childcare and qualified nannies, ski school places and private instructors, equipment delivery to the chalet, cots and high chairs, and dedicated childrens dinners in-residence if you would like the children to eat earlier than the adults.
Yes, a private chef can be booked to cook in-residence. This is arranged on request — let us know your preferred dates and any dietary requirements when you enquire. Breakfast is delivered to your residence each morning as part of the standard rate; lunches and dinners with a private chef are an additional service.
