Because we’re not only your host, we’re also your wish fulfiller! You can experience Tirolean hospitality in the most exclusive form! We’re happy to take care of your concerns 24/7.
On request, our private chef will cook a 3-course meal with champagne as an aperitif exclusively for you. We ask for your understanding that this service must be booked before arrival and is only possible subject to availability.
We’ll gladly reserve a table for you at one fo the many local gourmet restaurants and will organise a taxi at any time. (During office hours until 19:00).
Before your holiday, we’ll gladly send you a list of available products, which we’ll buy for you on the day of your arrival. We’d also be happy to do your shopping for you during your vacation.
You’re welcome to contact us at any time during your stay and we’ll run all kinds of errands for you. Enjoy the Tyrolean hospitality in its most exclusive form, according to our philosophy: you as our guest are in the foreground, while we organize everything for you in the background.
After a dreamy but energetic ski-day you can ski directly back to the chalet and relax with a massage. We’ll gladly organise a masseuse to meet you after a long day of skiing. If you do not feel like a massage you can always book a beauty appointment or a haircut.
Would you like a few hours to relax, ski alone or to go for dinner alone? In this case we have a babysitter service in town. We’ll gladly put you in contact with a babysitter.
We’ll be happy to freshly make your beds in the middle of the week for an additional charge.
We’ll gladly wash and iron your laundry upon request
So that you don’t have to queue for a long time on your first day of skiing, we’re happy to organize your ski passes in advance. All you’ve to do is fill out your order form. You can then pay forthe passes directly by credit card when they’re handed over. Note: a deposit of €5 per card must be paid in cash .
We’d be happy to help you organize your ski equipment. NB: If you book online in advance you’ll receive an extra discount on your reserved equipment with our code! To do this, send us a short message and we’ll send you the code.
Depending on availability, we can organize a local ski instructor for your group and private ski courses or an exclusive heliskiing adventure. Please register early, as there’s high demand during peak season.
